We are working to improve accessibility across the Vitality Score website. This page explains our current approach, known limitations, and how to contact us if you encounter a barrier.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are improving the site, but we do not represent that every page or feature is fully accessible in every respect.

Our approach
We want the Vitality Score website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people using assistive technology. We are actively working to improve accessibility as the site evolves.
Our work may include reviewing navigation, focus states, form labels, semantic structure, color contrast, responsive behavior, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification step.
Current status
We have not completed a formal accessibility audit for every page, browser, device, or assistive technology combination. For that reason, we do not claim that the site is fully conformant with WCAG, ADA, Section 508, or any other accessibility standard at this time.
Even where we aim to follow accessible design and development practices, some content or interactions may still present barriers for some users. We are continuing to identify and address issues as part of ongoing product work.
Known limitations and third-party content
- Some parts of the site may not yet work consistently with every screen reader, browser, keyboard-only workflow, zoom level, or mobile accessibility setting.
- Dynamic experiences, such as quiz flows, animations, and embedded visual components, may require additional accessibility improvements over time.
- Linked third-party destinations, including app store listings or external websites, are outside our direct control and may have their own accessibility limitations or policies.
This page is intended to describe our current efforts and contact path. It is not a guarantee that every feature will be available, error-free, or fully accessible in every environment.
